·         11 years of experience in the field of planning and management of developmental programs e.g. Capacity Building, Needs Assessment , planning and monitoring of infrastructural and construction projects, Women and Youth Development, Policy Making…etc.

Project Manage for Rapid Support to Livelihoods and Social Services in Gaza and Advanced Planning for Early Recovery

Responsible for implementing two components as follow:

1) Deterioration in the social cohesion and rising tensions addressed.

2) Essential services for vulnerable groups maintained.

January  2000 – current

Project Manage for UNDP TRAC project including the following three phases:

a.    In 2007/2008  Suport to Ciovil Socitey Project:

Working with 16 different NGO's in developing various and different developmental iniotiative  e.g. educational suppport , youth and sporting activioties, environmental , Psychosocial support…etc.

b.    In 2006   Emergency Response to the Humanitarian Crises in the Gaza Strip

The project includes different components such as:

·         Emergency materials for water and wastewater services project

·         Emergency supply of electrical materials to maintain the electricity network in the Gaza Strip

·         Emergency support to Beit Hanoun for the removal of debris and cleaning up the streets

·         Socio economic monitoring in the Gaza Strip

c.    In 2003: Emergency Support in the Field of Institutional Building and Organizational development and relief Assistance to the Deprived Communities Project.
